Archery

Archery is a precision sport requiring great visual acuity and capacity of concentration. This sport, suitable for people of all ages, can be practiced in the following places of the Aran Valley.

A static but complete sport in that it exercises the muscles, develops reflexes and vision while being a great way to help correct certain vertebra column injuries.
