Hormatgeria Dera Irissa- Çò De Gaion
The Hormatgeria de Lairissa has its facilities in an old block of century-old cattle, which were renovated and refurbished in 2009. Cow’s milk is handcrafted into products like yogurt and cheese, with a top quality limited production in the traditional style of things done well.
We are part of the Catalan Farmers Association of Artisan Cheese Processors.

In Casarilh, Val d’Aran, we brew handcrafted beers. We are a small family business brewing since 2011. We put our heart and soul into creating the first Aranesa craft beer, in our attempt to bring craft beer culture to every client. Taking advantage of the natural resources of this Valley, the result is…well, we will leave it to you to comment on the result. You can also find other types of beer brewed by us in Val d’Aran.
