Saboredo Cirque
In the Ruda Valley there is an extraordinary example of a valley which was originally a glacier in the form of a U. The glacier was the largest of the Pyrenees and culminated in the Saboredo Cirque. The access will take place along the non-paved road from Baqueira. Cross the river and after 10 kms you will leave the vehicle near the bridge Locampo to begin the hiking itinerary to the glacier cirque Saborèdo.

Bacivér Lakes
From the parking of Orri in the Beret Flats this magnificent excursion to the foot of the Bacivèr and the Rosari de Bacivèr lakes begins. In a curious landscape where the sheep graze near the chairlifts and ski pistes.

Liat Lake
From the Honeria cabin (refugio), which can be reached by car from Pontaut taking the turn towards Canejan, one can reach these beautiful lakes and the mine on foot taking the route of the Coma d’Arbes or the Coll de Gúerri.

Colomès Cirque
The glacial Colomers cirque is the most spectacular and important of the Aigüestortes and Sant Maurici Lake National Park. It is located in Aranese lands with more than 30 “lakes” of which are reached from the Baños de Tredòs. The Baños can be reached on a paved road going through the beautiful Aiguamòg valley.
In the Baños de Tredòs visitors will find the hot springs Spa and Hotel of the same name which uses the thermal sulphurous waters. These waters where used by the Romans in the middle ages. After leaving your vehicle in the prepared parking lot take the unpaved road for half an hour to the first “lake” made into a dam in the fifties.
From the Colomers, dam where the refugio (mountain hostel) of the same name is located and open and operational from May to September, departs the circular itinerary which allows the visitor to gain altitude until reaching the five following “estanys” or lakes on the shorter route. On the longer route one will see the marvelous collection of 30 lakes under the amazing Colomers cirque. These lakes are testament to the glacial Quaternary period.

Restanca and Mar Lake
From Arties and along the paved forest road you will arrive to the Pònt de Resec and then follow on foot until reaching the lake and the Restanca “refugio”. Then continue to the Mar Lake in the National Park.
