A very gentle loop proposed in an anti-clockwise direction, although clockwise is also possible. The gentle slopes and regular terrain make it an ideal choice for a family outing. The trail lets cyclists take a relaxed tour around the village of Les and its surroundings.

The starting point of the route is at the Camin Reiau, found on leaving the village of Les towards Bossòst, just next to the football pitch. The whole village has decent parking and very good services. Cross the village and head towards the Plaça deth Haro, climbing up towards the highest point of the village to come out at the Ermita de Sant Blai chapel. Here the road becomes a dirt track. Keep heading down until reaching the Carretera de la Lana, turn left at the junction and then ride on the flat through meadows until arriving back in Les.

Les boasts lots of retail and cultural facilities. The top attractions are the Plaça deth Haro, the Ermita de Sant Blai chapel and the thermal springs. Another attraction is Les Castèth, some interesting remains of a castle just a short walk away from the Sant Blai chapel.

Les is great to visit during the Sant Joan festivities to see the Crema d’Eth Haro, an ancient tradition of burning a fir tree, recently declared a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. About 300 m from the starting point is a Caviar Nacarii production centre, which is well worth a visit.
