Caviar Nacarii

Caviar Nacarii is the result of the efforts of a group of artisans and biologists who make an exquisite caviar following the traditional method of Iranian masters. The company began its production activity in 1999, when the first fingerling sturgeons were introduced for the production of caviar. After years of careful growth in the crystal clear waters of the Garonne River, the first cans of caviar began to be made. Little by little, and through a very selective distribution, Caviar Nacarii has been entering the Spanish gourmet market. And in 2009 it began its distribution to the main European countries. Company certified with the ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO22000 and with the FoS (Friend of the Sea) certification, which accredits its production system as “Sustainable Aquaculture”.
