Know the house

A few years ago I went to live at Casa Chin with my family although I lived all my life, until I went to University. In fact, the house is an inheritance that I received with gratitude and respect from many generations (we have found a mention of Casa Chin from the 18th century), that have taken care of it and that my father moved towards me in 2015. After two years of reform with sustainability criteria, we open the doors as an independent village house. A place identified with the past for a comfortable and quality stay.

The House

It is a house of about 150 m2, distributed in three floors. It has a maximum capacity of up to eleven people. On the ground floor we find a kitchen, dining room and a living room with fireplace. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom. And to the low-deck we have a large room with up to seven beds and a double bathroom. The house is fully equipped and includes all the comforts: heating, fireplace, TV, WiFi, bed and bath linen, use of the washing machine, etc. And above all our attention and family treatment that will make your stay easier and more enjoyable.

Restaurant Wellbourne

The Wellbourne Salardú restaurant arrives at the Vall d’Aran. Located in the old Chalet del Golf, 3 km from the ski resort of Baqueira Beret, it offers a culinary concept of its own with an innovative menu that combines local products from the Pyrenees with other foreigners. All accompanied by excellent wines, with great care taken care of thanks to the hospitality and attention of the staff, in a warm and contemporary atmosphere. In short, a space for customers to feel at home away from home.

The Wellbourne Salardú has its own parking and offers transfer service with Teslas for those customers who do not want to take their car.

Three spaces with a warm and welcoming atmosphere
The Wellbourne Salardú has three separate spaces: the Charles Packe room, with 36 seats, offers an à la carte or tasting menu. In addition, it has a special table for 8 guests with an exclusive 10-course tasting menu, served by the chefs themselves; the restaurant après ski uninterrupted kitchen, where to eat in a casual way. It can accommodate up to 60 people and is ideal for families, since it has a special area with indoor games for children in a secluded area of ​​the dining room; and private spaces for parties, business meals or groups.

During the winter season, the kitchen of the Wellbourne Salardú will be open seven days a week, starting at 1:00 p.m.

Refugi Conangles

The Refugi de Conangles is located at the south mouth of the Vielha Tunnel, 15 minutes from the town and 25 minutes from the Baqueira Beret ski resort on the northern slope, and 40 minutes from the Boi Taull ski resort on the slopes. south.

The refuge, hosts a typical kitchen for the mountaineer, a good common room with fireplace, reading area, games, wifi, heating and TV, all amenities for the mountaineer to enjoy a family welcome, comfortable and quiet.

Located on the left bank of the river Noguera Ribagorzana and within the forest of Conangles, which makes the whole year breathe in nature with total tranquility.

In summer, the Refugi de Conangles is inside the great Pyrenean route GR-11 that passes through it. It is also the place where the routes to the National Park of Aigüestortes and Estany de Sant Maurici and the Posets Maladeta Natural Park (Aneto Glacier), which treasure a unique natural landscape in the Pyrenees, are undertaken.

The Refugio de Conangles is located in the valley of Barrabés, which is the same as saying: “A unique paradise for lovers of hiking and mountaineering” for the great possibilities it offers for all levels of difficulty.
