We were born the first year of this century in order to improve the cuisine of restaurants and cafes in the ski resort of Baqueira Beret. In 2007 we started a new journey revealing the flagship of the local cuisine: Olha Aranesa. We have respected their ingredients, their time and tradition, as we did the ancestors of the present inhabitants of the Val d’Aran. Our facilities, located in the Pla de Beret to 1840 meters altitude, consist of the latest technology on the market. Since 2001, we are certified to ISO 9001: 2000.
