The Val d’Aran ski resort, Baqueira Beret, presents excellent conditions for skiing at Easter, with many kilometers of skiing and competitions of the highest level.
The ski in Easters is guaranteed in Baqueira Beret,with maximum thicknesses exceeding 2 meters. If the weather permits, those responsible for the Aranese station plan to open the three areas of Baqueira, Beret and Bonaigua with the maximum possible number of kilometers of skiing that in recent weeks has exceeded 130.These excellent conditions will also allow the weekend of April 8 and 9 to be held in their ski area two events of the highest level: The World Coup of the International Ski Mountaineering Federation (ISMF) and the Campeonatos de España de Snowboardcross (SBX) y Skicross (SX) de la Real Federación Española Deportes de Invierno (RFEDI) in Beret.
Both competitions will not interfere in the day to day ski routine for the tourist and will allow to enjoy a very different spectacles. From the strength of mountain skiers on their climbs, to the skill and speed of snowboardcross and skicross in their vertiginous descents.
