    We are two brothers who live in Bagergue, the highest village in the Val d’Aran (1,419 m) and with our effort, enthusiasm and many months of preparation, we have created an artisan cheese factory high in the Pyrenees. We wanted to revive typical Aranese cheese and with the quality cow’s milk in the Lleida Pyrenees we have succeeded!
